In the first quarter of 2024, the top shooter games on the Android platform in South America saw significant engagement and revenue, according to data from Sensor Tower. Here’s a closer look at the performance of the top five games: Free Fire: 7th Anniversary, Blood Strike - FPS for all, Call of Duty®: Warzone™ Mobile, Sniper 3D:Gun Shooting Games, and Call of Duty: Mobile Season 8.

Free Fire: 7th Anniversary by Garena International I maintained a strong presence with weekly revenue peaking at around $351K in early January and gradually declining to approximately $250K by the end of March. Weekly downloads fluctuated, peaking at 1.4M in the week of January 22 and ending the quarter at 920K. Active users showed a slight rise, starting at 32.6M and finishing at 31.3M.

Blood Strike - FPS for all from NetEase Games experienced notable growth. Weekly revenue increased from $16.5K at the start of January to around $34K by late March. Downloads surged, particularly in March, reaching a peak of 662K in the week of March 18. Active users also saw a significant rise, starting at 777K and climbing to 1.6M by quarter-end.

Call of Duty®: Warzone™ Mobile by Activision Publishing, Inc. showed an impressive spike in downloads, particularly in the week of March 18, with over 2M downloads. Revenue increased sharply towards the end of March, peaking at $31K. Active users also saw a boost, reaching 1.4M in mid-March.

Sniper 3D:Gun Shooting Games by Wildlife Studios had a steady performance. Weekly revenue hovered around $8K to $10K, while downloads remained relatively stable, peaking at 206K in mid-January. Active users started at 894K and slightly decreased to 751K by the end of March.

Call of Duty: Mobile Season 8 also from Activision Publishing, Inc., had consistent performance in Q1 2024. Weekly revenue remained stable between $110K to $192K. Downloads saw a slight decline, starting at 202K and ending at 126K. Active users remained robust, starting at 1.9M and finishing the quarter at 1.8M.
